Exciting Insights from the 9th Annual PNG Residential Real Estate Survey by Hausples!

We’re thrilled to present the latest findings from our 9th annual Residential Real Estate Survey  the most comprehensive look yet at the housing market in Papua New Guinea. This year, over 1,500 respondents participated in the survey. We refined our marketing strategy prioritizing a targeted audience which has resulted in the smaller number of participants. 

This year's survey digs deep into rental and sales trends across PNG, reveals how people are budgeting and financing their homes, uncovers where they’re getting their property information, and explores what changes they’d like to see in the market. From landlords to tenants, first-time buyers to seasoned investors, we’ve heard from voices across the spectrum.

Interestingly, even with the boost in responses, the results have remained consistent with previous years giving us even more confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the data.
