BACKUP POWER & WATER
The property has a new 35 KVA ultra silent backup generator with an automatic with automatic change over switch. All rooms and common amenities have their own easipay meters.
It has two 5000 liter backup water tanks with an 8 tap backup pressure pump. It also has 3 X 300 liter Solar hart hot water systems to provide a continuous flow of hot water to all rooms.
It is also fully fire protected with smoke detectors in all areas of the house wired directly into the alarm system, it has fire extinguishers and fire blankets at all critical areas and a large external fire hose attached to the mains water supply, it also has a series of fire balls positioned underneath the house to protect the wooden floors from surface fire’s.
The Boy Haus at the back of the swimming pool will be securely fenced off from sight of pool area. This will provide complete privacy to the users of the pool. The Boy Haus will accommodate the supervisor and caretaker who will also look after & feed the Guard dogs.
The property is well fenced with double razor wire protection and has a modern alarm system with 5 movement sensors on all critical locations and with sensors on all doors and windows and also has panic stations inside the house along with remote panic buttons for carry purposes. The security system is constantly monitored by G4S Security. The property is also protected by an 8 camera programmable CCTV night vision camera surveillance system which will give instant views all around the house at any time.
The property has an excellent security lighting system with the combination of powerful spot lights, fluro and a down light system.
The property is manned by a uniformed security guards with G4S radios with 4 guard dogs 24/7.
The property has two entrance gates with a long driveway in between, adding more security to the occupying tenants.
A G4S two way radio will positioned in each hall for emergency communication with the Guard on duty or with G4S Control Center.

A Guard house is situated at the second gate to the entrance to the house. A single room & separate attached bath and toilet with a separate entrance at the back of the house will serve as the rest room for the night guard and the toilet will also function as the maid’s toilet.
