Prudence Mandrakamu

Prudence Mandrakamu is Century 21’s resident Assistant Valuer.

She has performed numerous rural and urban property valuations for purposes of market value, mortgage, and insurance, as well as financial reporting for both the public and private sectors. She works closely with Mark Kelep, a registered and recognized valuer and former PNG Valuer General to produce realistic valuations in prompt turn-around time.
